Unfortunately, it progressed and there is now a tear in my retina. Thankfully, it is extremely small (1mm) and the small amount of vision loss is in the periphery so not noticeable. So, my vision is still fine. Also, thankfully, this is the best type of tear bc there is no flap of retina 'flapping around' which would have meant a higher risk for the rest of the retina to detach. There is still a risk of the retina detaching but this tear has been 'lasered'. Please keep praying for me. I'll see the ophthalmologist again this Thursday afternoon, I'll let you know how it looks.
